Here are the details of the 4/21 update.

■ Added new products and packages
 1) Silther Particle Package
  - Safe Silther Particle related package has been added.

 2) Premium Silther Particle Package
  - A premium package containing a good amount of Safe Silther Particles has been added.

■ Warship Carrier Silther Particle transport capacity
 - The maximum amount of Silther Particles transported by the Warship Carrier for each tier has been increased.
 ※ Event T0 Warship Carrier has been excluded from adjustment.

■ Adjustments to obtaining Safe Silther Particles
 - Safe Silther Particles that were available for VIP10 players are now available starting from VIP5 in the VIP Commissary.
 - Safe Silther Particles are now obtainable with Premium Transmit tickets.

■ Balance adjustment
 - Changes in products and contents balance to maintain a healthy in-game ecosystem.

 1) Silther Particles
  - Content rewards and product value related to Silther Particles have been adjusted in general.

 2) Cyrox Invasion
  - Honor Points quantity readjustment, Safe Silther Particle items have been added

  ※ No additional changes except for the following

  a. Ranking Reward (Individual)

  ※ Numbers edited to match the in-game stats.

  b. Ranking Reward (Alliance)

  ※ Numbers edited to match the in-game stats.

 3) Planet Takeover
  a. Planet Occupy Buffs
   - Occupy Buffs for Planets "Blind" and "Bogland" have been adjusted.
 
 * Blind
  - (Before) Increase all warships capacity by 6%, Decrease resource consumption during construction by 5% 
  - (After) Increase Silther Particle mining speed by 2%, Decrease resource consumption during construction by 5% 

 * Bogland
  - (Before) Increase all warships capacity by 9%, Decrease resource for warship repair by 5%
  - (After) Increase Silther Particle mining speed by 3%, Decrease resource for warship repair by 5%

 b. Rank Rewards
  - Rewards changed back to the state before the 4/14 update.

■ Improvements and Changes
 - Removed accounts with unusual activity
 - Server stabilization
